Frida got into the business by accident when she was 13 years old. At her first summer job, she ended up in an ice cream stand, but quickly discovered that the restaurant and the kitchen were much more interesting.
Frida have worked in several places both in Sweden, Norway, Spain and France. And she says, “it’s something I encourage all young chefs to do”.
She tells us that she is passionate about getting to work with the best thing she knows every day – and with like-minded people.
“Receive direct feedback every day from guests and watch the staff grow and develop. It's the best I know!” says Frida.
